I am also available to come to your location and act as the general contractor and build your club for you, train the staff, provide you with all the necessary office paper work, provide employee hand books, etc, I charge ten percent generally of the total cost of building the club. Some circumstances may up that percentage depending on a few variables.

I know, I know, how are my prices compared to others. Honestly, I don't know. I don't check these things, and honestly, I don't know who else provides these services. So I really don't know if I am low or if I am high. I let you figure that one out.
