You can approach this in one of two ways. The first way is to at least develop an internet presence. By this I mean a one page site with your logo, a picture of your exterior, a picture of your staff, your days and hours of operation, directions, etc. Choose all or none of the above. Whatever you feel you would like on the internet.

And they are your customers in the night club business. If your customers can click on to your web site, it's your chance to shine. That's right!

You can tell them hours of operation, and the days you're open. Also, you can let them get to know your staff by adding their picture with maybe a short bio.

People plan their lives today. People are just plain busy. So tell them what you do on certain days, so they don't miss the things they would enjoy at your place. As you can see, a night club web site is what you do need.

Having a special holiday party? This is where you let them know. Tell them what you are going to do, what the entertainment is going to be, and what great giveaways you have planned.

How about the menu! You can list he pictures, the prices, and for that matter, the entire menu. Sounding pretty good, isn't it? You know getting mail is a funny thing. I mean the post office mail for right now. Everyone likes to get something in the mail. When the mail comes, and you hand a letter to your brother or sister, friend, or parents, and say you got a letter, watch them perk up! They do. People just like getting mail.

The same goes for e-mail. Just like the movie "You Got Mail", people like getting mail! And you can do that for your customers. People don't generally like giving out personal information, but they'll give it to you.

Also, on your web site you can add access to dating sites, gambling sites, and just plain promoting products that you believe in. While doing this, you make money! Your web site is just there making money 24/7.

Does all this take time and effort? You betcha! There is no such thing as get rich quick. That's why they call them schemes!

Have the customers fill out a card with a first name and an e-mail address. Put a privacy statement on the card stipulating that the information is kept private and only the club will use for promotional purposes. Try it with the asking. But, you can do a little promotion with it too. If they provide you with the information, you will do something for them. You figure it out. A discount on something, a drink, etc.

Now that you have this, you can e-mail your customers. Tell them what your doing. tell them you appreciate their business, tell them to stop in tonight and put a coupon in with the email. Get it!It's another way to promote your place, consistently and inexpensively.

So you see, a night club web site can do you a lot of good. And there is a lot I haven't mentioned too. Use it for reservations, or promote your banquets or party rooms. It's use is only limited to you imagination!

Personally, do I suggest you go out and spend twenty thousand dollars for a night club web site. NO! But many companies charge that!

But if you have a little extra time, do it yourself. Or, have a staff member be in charge of it. Even if you don't know anything at all about this, you can do it.Does it take a little effort at first to learn a little bit? Yes. But doesn't everything? After a couple days, you'll be great at it. It's a lot of power to posses, for a couple of days learning!
